we ate at a superb restaurant from the staff of the reservations and the restaurant. the bathroom was nicely appointed. its location not too far from great cascades was wonderful.

I asked for double room and it was big size with a very nice jacuzzi...

Fancy hotel with special atmosphere, it has amazing location right next to entrance 3 5 minute walk to the boat which takes you to the upper lakes. We will be back, thank you for an incredible stay.

The location was great, with Veliki Slap Waterfall just a short walk away from the hotel. The room was tastefully decorated and had great amenities like a television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The restaurant was excellent from the staff of the reservations and the restaurant here, I had DELICIOUS dishes.

The rooms were perfect with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The view from the window overlooking the lake was nice. The staff was gentle and accommodating. The hotel is located in a beautiful and fantastic location right by a mini zoo and the calm forest on the outskirts of the park.

The hotel is situated in a remote location near the park, boats, lake, and a restaurant, and the staff members were exceptionally nice and accommodating.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, with a whirlpool on the terrace and a balcony hot tub. The prices were great value for money, with breakfast included.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, as it is just a short walk from the entrance to the most beautiful park I've ever seen. It's so convenient to be able to start exploring the park right from the hotel's doorstep.

We had a fantastic stay at the Boutique Hotel in Plitvica! The cabin was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a high-spec bathroom and cozy bedding. The Wifi was reliable, and we enjoyed the various activities available, such as football and table tennis. The staff, especially Katerina, went above and beyond to meet our expectations and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, being very close to the national park. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options. the Ethno House had a beautiful mountain retreat feel and provided a wonderful experience.

This hotel has a great location, very close to the entrance of the national park, with only a few minutes walk to the boat that takes you to the upper lakes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with warm linens and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a good variety of options to start your day.

Some of the facilities were under construction during the stay, which made it noisy and disruptive for guests.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful mountain retreat near Plitvice Lakes National Park. Our deluxe cabin was spacious and charming, with a rustic flair. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was high-spec, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to Entrance #3 of the national park, allowing us to start exploring early in the morning without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were all super friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We also enjoyed the various activities available, such as football, the little zoo, and outdoor games like badminton and table tennis. Katerina, in particular, went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We appreciated the welcome "shot" and the overall mountain retreat feel of the place. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and convenient mountain getaway after a day's hiking in Plitvice Park.

The breakfast was very basic and lacking in variety. The tea and coffee provided were of poor quality and could have been improved.
